Usually I leave this location satisfied but tonight I was left sitting at the speaker in drive thru for at least 6 minutes, which to most feels like forever. No one even acknowledged that I was on the pad, a greeting would be great or a "I'm Sorry, give me one second" would be even better...at least acknowledge that I'm there so I'm not sitting there letting my anger build...I work in the customer service field and I know how it is so I'm not mad just slightly aggravated. I do understand that the drive thru was lined at the time but it only takes a second to answer..I drove away without even placing an order..
Soda area filthy. Ketchup completely empty, employees alerted but did nothing. Employees all very very slow. Food was horrible. The employees were not personable. Not the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had, but not the best either. Very slow service, for no reason at all. ( the employee taking our order was so focused on small) It may have been her first job.
