I ordered a "better" bouquet for my Mom, who had just come home from the hospital. I had it delivered because I am currently out of town.
I have used Berwick Floral several times this year and all arrangements were exactly what I asked for, delivered on time, and lasted longer than expected. They record your order history which makes ordering in the future fast and simple. And, if you wish to have receipts and/or delivery confirmations, just provide email address. The best service!

It's not hard. Look at the house number. It's on the house. Listen to your GPS when it says 'Your destination is on the left/right.' C'mon.
The bouquet itself was beautiful according to the recipient.
I received flowers as a gift from family member, they were very pretty but very small bouquet. The flowers started to wilt after 3 days, changed water a couple times to refresh (no care notes on card). I found out that they actually charged $28 just to deliver, bouquet looked to be around $39.99 on their site, for total price, I feel should have been a lot bigger and last a week. I felt bad family member spent that much and wouldn't tell them how long they only lasted (they live out of state), but suggested to send to another location next time where I can receive them without such a huge surcharge with a better florist.
But it was delivered to the wrong address. I left very clear instructions that the bouquet should be delivered at the "rear driveway entrance". For some reason the delivery person dropped the bouquet at the front door of the house across the street, which has a u-shaped front driveway and no rear entrance at all. Fortunately my parents have good neighbors or my money would have been wasted.
If you order from this company I'd recommend calling to make sure they understand how to reach your house.
I would have given just 1 star but flowers were pretty just very small, pricey and didn't last, very disappointed.
