Very rare that the order is correct, they always forget the sodas or the sauce cups and a few times now we have received under cooked food
I'm not happy at all I ordered 2 deep dish specialty pizzas and both of them were undercooked. For my troubles of having undercooked food and no dinner for the night at over $22.00 Dominos was so kind as to offer me the same pizzas as before but did not offer to give me the cinnamon twist desert we had also purchased. I own a restaurant and as a owner if I had sent out a uncooked order I would have gave a full refund as well as a credit. That I believe would have been the right thing to do.
Pizza was amazing but we ordered chicken wings and they were super gross and soggy and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and there was no ranch but it was quit delivery and very nice lady
Always arrive is timely manner , and they ensure to fix any issues right away
